WhatsApp just submitted the new beta version to Google Play store which is having new features. The detail first spotted on wabetainfo.
As all we know that WhatsApp updated it's Privacy Policy and Term Of Services. Now what new user will get in this new update. Well here are the details:

The new term service allow business user to manage there messages, In order to provide better customer service. As per available detail WhatsApp continue with end to end encryption of user messages after implementing the new policy. As per new policy if you don't want user your chat used for business purpose, just avoid not to chat with them. WhatsApp did to bring transparency in term and services with there users.
