Micromax is a brand name of India in the field of smartphone and electronics gadgets. Micromax again made a come back in Indian market by launching the new smartphone named as Micromax In Note 1, Micromax in 1b.
An interview given to Technical Guruji a YouTube channel Micromax Co-Founder of Rahul Sharma reveled that Micromax is working on 5G Smartphone.
In interview Rahul Sharma told that company is going to launch multiple smartphone in Q2 of 2021. Rahul Sharma told in interview that Micromax is working on 5G enables smartphones and they are also working on gaming-centric device. He did not mention any thing about model, no of devices.
Micromax is also working of earbuds. Company will meagerly focus on quality and look and feel of earbuds.

While addressing the Made in India and Assembled in India debate, Mr. Sharma said the Micromax not just assembling the smartphone in India but manufacture also in India. He mention that manufacturing plants will be in Bhiwani, Rudrapur, and Telangana.
Mr. Sharma said that “Though, what differentiates us from other OEMs is that we are also trying to bring businesses making these 30-40% components to India so that these can also be sourced locally,”(source)
