As we all know Truecaller is a well known application. Its one of the special feature is to provide caller id say caller details although you haven't saved that contact number in you telephone directories.

Truecaller depends on the user's contact book to collect the  information and that’s the reason even if you haven’t installed the app, your contact details are available on Truecaller because someone, who have been using the app has saved your phone number.

Here are the steps to deactivate your truecaller account ...

Step 1: Open the Truecaller app on your phone.

Step 2 Tap on three-dots from the top right corner.

Step 3 tap on Settings and then click on Privacy Center.

Step 4. Now, tap on Deactivate button.

Step 5: Confirm by tapping on ‘Yes’ on the prompt.

Step 6 . Hurray ! You have successfully deactivated your truecaller account .
