For connecting your Google Home and you television you need to have a Google Chromecast. Also, you have to make sure your TV supports Consumer Electronics Control (CEC). You can check it in your TV’s specifications, but nowadays, most smart TVs support CEC And at last you also need the Google Home app on your smartphone that's bit obvious.
Here are the the steps through which you can connect Google Home and your Television.
Step 1. Turn on your TV and navigate to the Chromecast screen.
Step 2. Open the Google Home app on your smartphone.
Step 3. Tap on the Plus sign indicated at the top left side.
Step 4. Tap on Set up device in the list opened.
Step 5.The app will now search for a new device.
Step 6. When the app recognizes Chromecast, tap on Next to confirm.
Step 7. Check whether the code on your smartphone and TV match.
Step 8. If they do match, tap on Agree.
Step 9. The app will now lead you through the steps to connect your Chromecast to your Wi-h
Step 10. Link your Chromecast to your Google account.
