Prince of Persia is a video game franchise created by Jordan Mechner. It is built around a series of action-adventure games focused on various incarnations of the eponymous Prince from ancient and medieval Iran. The games have been developed and published by several different companies. The first two games in the series, Prince of Persia and Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame, were published by Broderbund. Prince of Persia 3D, the first to use 3D computer graphics, was developed by Red Orb Entertainment and published by The Learning Company on PC, and developed by Avalanche Software and published by Mattel Interactive on the Sega Dreamcast. After the huge success of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time the makers of this game that is Ubisoft in September, 2020 announces for the remake of the game with the launch date but there development team unable to deliver it on time and the launch of the game is postponed for the second time. They is no announcement about any release date they are expecting to launch the game very soon. This postponed announcement is made by the official twitter handle of Ubisoft.

The game was expected to be launch on 21st January, 2021 but Ubisoft postponed it to March 18th, 2021 and now the news is coming of further extending the release with any new date.
