Microsoft Edge is new web browser introduced by Microsoft in replacement of Internet explorer. Microsoft continuously doing upgrade and improvement for better user experience in Microsoft Edge Web Browser.
In this new upgrade you will get a new download interface where new section on top right corner of browser with download icon, it will show all the active and completed downloads. It will help user to monitor the download status and will be able to manage the download. In this upgrade user will be able to role back to the old interface after upgrade.
The new downloads option icon is already available in the Canary and Dev channels, as announced by a Microsoft executive by tech community blog. in current download option user faces issue on checking the download progress. But after the current upgrade user will be able to monitor all download at one place.
The download button will visible on toolbar till the download is in progress, after completion the download ring will appear in green. To check the finish download simplest for to menu and click on download to open the download window in new tab.
If you haven’t downloaded a file recently, you can still access the new downloads menu from the Settings and More menu.
