WhatsApp is rolling up with new feature of shopping button. This feature will available in WhatsApp Business. This new feature of WhatsApp will replace the calling button present in the WhatsApp Business. This will help business people to discover a particular business catalog and what they are offering in there business.
This feature will role out in both the platforms Android and iPhone. Both the phone user will able to explore the business catalog. directly through this button. This will help user to explore what they are offering directly through there WhatsApp chat.
To make the Shopping button visible you must complete few of the criteria. For this button you register to WhatsApp Business and have setup a catalog. if you meet this requirement WhatsApp shopping button will automatically appear in your WhatsApp Business in place of calling button. Now i will tell you how you can create a catalog in your WhatsApp Business to make the shopping button visible in you WhatsApp business. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: First you need to open WhatsApp Business in your android phone
Step 2: Now go to More options section
Step 3: Now open business tools and then click on catalog
Step 4: For creating a new catalog in your WhatsApp Business you need click ADD ITEM
Step 5: After ADD ITEM click on green plus icon and after click on the ADD Images.
Step 6: Now upload images from your phone. You are allowed to upload maximum 10 images.
Step 7: Now enter the products and service name.
Step 8: There are few optional detail are there such as description of product, price, your website link, and product or service code of the products sell by you.
Step 9: Now click on Save.
