Netflix planning to come up with a sleep timer feature for Android Users to save data.
Netflix is working to bring a sleep timer feature for its android users in there new version. According to a report in the XDA Developers, there is evidence of a sleep timer in the latest version of Netflix which is v 7.82.1.
The string suggest Netflix would add a sleep timer button in its Video Player UI which will let you set timer any moment, after which the Netflix would stop playing.
As per the last quarter report Netflix shows a very slow growth in India and to expand its reach Netflix will offer a free trial for 7 days.
Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Netflix during the company’s third-quarter earnings releasing press conference last month said that "the company thinks giving everyone in-country access to Netflix for free for a weekend which could be a great way to expose a bunch of new people to the amazing stories that we have, the service, how the service works, really create an event, and hopefully get a bunch of those folks to sign up."
